Ceremony Set Up & Décor
For the bride who just needs help making sure the ceremony site is set up according to her wishes – not the whims of her rental company

Chair Cover & Linen Installation
(varies by number to be installed)

If you have rented your chair covers and linens from an online or rental catalog resource, most reception facilities will not touch them – we will
Reception Set Up & Décor
Our team will set up your place cards, centerpieces, favors and simple décor
(by simple, we mean no extension ladders…we can handle step ladders)
Ceremony Only Coordination
This service includes a ceremony timeline created from the timeline template you send in, ceremony vendor confirmations, coverage of the rehearsal and coverage of the ceremony on the wedding day by a coordinator and one assistant
Wedding Day Coordination “Essentials Only”
You fill out the timeline template sheet…send it in and we’ll create your ceremony and reception timeline, cross reference your BEO – the Banquet Event Order provided by your reception facility, confirm your vendors, cover your rehearsal, arrive an hour before your ceremony and stay until the formal events at the reception are finished or until the reception is over – your choice
*A lead coordinator and one assistant are included– if an additional assistant is required for set up, a $100 fee will be added
Wedding Day Coordination “Nicely Equipped”
This service includes your ceremony and reception timeline (created from the timeline template you send in), BEO cross reference, vendor confirmations, coverage of the rehearsal and extended wedding day coverage that starts when we deliver lunch to you and your bridal party and ends when the formal events are over or when the last gift is packed into the designated car – your choice
*A lead coordinator and one assistant are included– if an additional assistant is required for set up, a $100 fee will be added
Wedding Day Coordination “Fully Loaded”
Instead of a timeline template that you complete and send in, we begin with a face to face timeline meeting resulting in the most detailed wedding day timeline we offer (typically 4-8 pages of information regarding every detail of your wedding). We then attend the final meeting at the reception facility with you to review the BEO and make sure all the details will be handled according to your wishes. We confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal and manage the wedding day from beginning to end with a lead consultant and 2-3 assistants depending on the size and complexity of your event.

Unlike some other wedding planning firms, we will never ask you to pay for a service you do not want or need just because it is included in some pre-conceived package. All of our service offerings are based on a flat fee structure vs. taking a percentage of your budget or charging an hourly rate. This way, you know up front exactly what the service will cost with no surprises.
